Grigoriy Oster is a Soviet Russian writer, screenwriter, playwright, TV presenter. Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (2007). The creator of the genre of "Harmful Tips" and the author of the second Russian hyper-textual novel "The Tale with Details". Member of the Public Council of the Russian Jewish Congress. Childhood and youth spent in Yalta. In 1966 he served in the Northern Fleet. In 1970 Oster entered the department of drama of the Literary Institute of Maxim Gorky in Moscow, which graduated in 1982. The author of many works for children, such as "The Tale with Details", "Papamamalogiya", "Grandma of Boa", "Harmful Tips", "Handwriting, legs, ears, back and neck". He wrote scenarios for the animated films 38 Parrots (1976), Popalsya, kotoryy kusalsya! (1983), A Kitten Named Woof (1976), Beware of the Monkeys! (1984), etc., for the feature film Do pervoy krovi (1989). From September 2008 to July 2009, together with the singer Natalya Ionova, Oster hosted the show 'Children's pranks' at STS.
