Andrew Noble (born December 12, 1966) is Montreal-based distributor, producer and consultant at Noble Arts Inc.
After studying Communication Arts at Concordia University, in 1990 Noble co-founded Productions Jeux d'Ombres with his wife Anne-Marie Gelinas, and went on to produce Andre Turpin's critically acclaimed feature Zigrail. Shortly before Zigrail's release in 1995 he was recruited by Alliance Vivafilm in Montreal to coordinate sales and marketing of their Quebec Theatrical Releasing department, where he released over a hundred films. In 1998, Noble moved to Behaviour Distribution as National Marketing Director handling all aspects of feature film distribution for the company. In 1999, Noble set up a new company with partners Daniel Langlois and Joanne Senecal to acquire Film Tonic. In January 2001, he rejoined Productions Jeux d'Ombres and went on to produce documentaries and features such as John l'Ecuyer's On the Verge of a Fever (based on the novel by Dany Laferriere); John's Hazlett's These Girls; and Hassan Benjelloun's Ou vas-tu Moshe?. In 2007 he was named Vice-President of Distribution and Sales of Feature Films for Filmoption International, responsible for feature film activities such as development, production, acquisition and distribution. He handled the distribution of films such as Turbo Kid, Slaxx, Radius, Kuessipan, The High Cost of Living, The Price We Pay, An Eye for an Eye, etc.
He founded Noble Arts Inc. in 2022 where distributes independent feature films and documentaries domestically and internationally and acts as a distribution and marketing consultant.
Noble was a founding member and former president of the Regroupement des distributeurs independants de films du Quebec (RDIFQ), and a former member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Montreal's Cinema Parallele / Cinema Excentris.
