Michael Montes is a Peruvian-American composer working on films, album projects and all other media. A natural musical storyteller, his wide stylistic range allows him to bring the right emotion and energy to any cinematic situation. He is known for his work on The Windmill Movie (2008), Always Shine (2016), Don't Leave Home (2018) and Oscar® nominated One Day Crossing (2001). He has been the composer of choice for The TED Conference, The Nobel Prize Summit and The World Science Festival. His TedTalks opening title music has enjoyed billions of views. His latest personal albums are Persona Ficta and When the World Was Now.
