From 2004 to 2006, presented "Tough Love", a daily radio comedy programme broadcast live, all over Australia on the Triple-M network. Also appearing: Robyn Butler, Richard Molloy and Alan Brough (2004 only).
His film Crackerjack (2002) was the highest grossing Australian film of the year 2002.
His radio programs are always highly successful, most notably 'Martin/Molloy' being the highest rated show among 54 stations nationwide for its entire running time.
The ad campaign for his radio show, a Saddam Hussein parody, featured a picture of Mick on the ace of spades and the caption 'Ladies and Gentleman...We Got Him'
He admits that most characters he plays are not a far stretch from his own persona.
