Part-inspiration for the character of Ritchie Tozer in It's a Sin (2021). Writer/creator Russell T. Davies had met the actor at Jill Nalder's 30th birthday party, and gave "a little smile towards Dursley" in the series' "Regression of the Daleks" Doctor Who (1963) sequence, where Ritchie plays Trooper Linden.
