Tony Maietta is an American film historian, host, author, producer, and actor. He specializes in the "Golden Age" of Hollywood. He is the host of "Here's Hollywood", as well as the CBS Home Video releases of "The Lucy Show", Lucille Ball's follow up series to "I Love Lucy", and the recent Blu-ray release of "I Love Lucy", in which he served as a writer and co-producer. His work as a writer and film historian includes numerous DVD audio commentaries and documentaries, including a featured role in the Emmy-nominated TCM series "Moguls and Movie Stars". He is also a contributing author of the book, "Douglas Fairbanks"(Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences/University of California Press, 2008). He lives in Los Angeles and New York.
