She attended Amherst College and graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology. Although Sarah was a trained biologist, she decided to pursue her dreams of acting and moved to Los Angeles, California. Over a period of 15 years she worked as an actress in television, film, commercials and voice-overs. An entertainment industry insider, Sarah also worked in casting for top directors and in script development and reading for production companies. During her career she also stayed connected to her science roots and became intrigued by what makes people do what they do. Forgoing a traditional medical route, Sarah instead chose to help people heal through the stories the characters she portrayed told as well as through her wide knowledge of neurolinguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy and various energy modalities. As a certified NLP practitioner and healer, Sarah used whatever it took to help her clients get to a place where they are more open to life, creation and fulfillment. Sarah worked one-on-one with writers, actors, directors and entrepreneurs to help them with challenges that were specific to their creative spirit. She believed we all need teachers who empower us, help us discover our own path, and grow so we can reveal our true greatness.
