Jan Machulski was born on 3 July 1928 in Lódz, Lódzkie, Poland. He was an actor and director, known for Vabank (1981), Lalka (1968) and Aleja gówniarzy (2007). He was previously married to Halina Machulska. He died on 20 November 2008 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
