Pavel Luspekaev was a legendary Russian/Armenian actor known as Vereshagin in White Sun of the Desert (1970). He was born Pavel Borisovich Luspekaev on April 20, 1927, in Lugansk, Ukraine, Soviet Union (now Luhansk, Ukraine).
