Sheldon Lewis was born on April 20, 1869 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor, known for Orphans of the Storm (1921), The Monster Walks (1932) and Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920). He was married to Virginia Pearson. He died on May 7, 1958 in San Gabriel, California, USA.

Sheldon Lewis was a stage, silent and sound film actor. He made is debut in 1914 and played a variety of character parts. He was cast in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920), intended as a rival production to the John Barrymore version of the Stevenson novel released the same year. Lewis successfully transitioned to sound and retired in 1936.
