Zdzislaw Lesniak was born on 13 December 1930 in Boryslaw, Lwowskie, Poland [now Boryslav, Ukraine]. He was an actor and director, known for Gangsterzy i filantropi (1963), Kareta (1973) and Upal (1964). He died on 22 September 2002 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
