The third day of the Sean “Diddy” Combs sex trafficking trial got underway in a Manhattan courtroom this morning.

And once again, Cassie Ventura has taken the stand to share accounts of the abuse she endured during her ten-year relationship with the defendant.

An album sale currently counts as one album unit. Sales of 10 individual tracks also counts as one unit. But an artist needs 3,750 ad-supported streams or 1,250 paid subscription streams to equal one unit. Then in 2020 Billboard began counting music videos on platforms like YouTube.

The seven-year-old came out during Beyonce‘s performance of “Protector” and joined older sister Blue Ivy, 13, as well.

Beyonce will be performing several more shows in L.A. before heading to Chicago, New York, Houston, Washington DC., and Atlanta.

Alleging assault, sexual assault, battery and sexual battery, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress, the plaintiff is represented by Houston-based Tony Buzbee, who is behind dozens of assault and abuse lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is making headlines again, but not for good reasons. The hip-hop mogul, currently Imprisoned in Brooklyn on federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, is fighting to keep a damning 2016 surveillance video out of his upcoming trial, set to begin May 5, 2025.

The footage, which surfaced in May 2024 via CNN, shows Combs violently attacking his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in a Los Angeles hotel hallway. As reported on April 18, 2025, Combs’ legal team has filed a motion to exclude the video, arguing it was altered and could prejudice the jury. This move comes as Ventura prepares to testify under her real name, adding another layer of intensity to the case.

Prosecutors in New York building a case against Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ahead of his sex trafficking and racketeering trial asked the court to introduce evidence from the rap mogul’s past that they insist is relevant to the testimony slated from their four key witnesses, but the defense team is crying foul, claiming such a “horror show” would paint him in an unfair light to the jury.

On Monday, federal prosecutors with the Southern District of New York revealed in a filing that they believe that testimony regarding the “sexual abuse of other victims” by Combs over the past several years should be admitted and heard by the jurors to stand in contrast to the hip-hop star’s assertion that the relationships he shared with the women victims were consensual.

“[The newly introduced testimony] powerfully establishes that the defendant made no mistake when he coerced other victims into unwanted sex,” prosecutors wrote in their filing this week.
