Jadwiga Jankowska-Cieslak was born on 15 February 1951 in Gdansk, Pomorskie, Poland. She was an actress, known for Rysa (2008), Another Way (1982) and Sam na sam (1977). She was married to Piotr Cieslak. She died on 15 April 2025.
