Tito Jackson was born on October 15, 1953 in Gary, Indiana, USA as Toriano Adaryll Jackson. He was previously married to Delores V. Martes.

Member of the pop group Jackson 5 and brother of pop superstars Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson.
Has three sons with former wife, the late Delores "Dee-Dee" Martes Jackson: Toriano Adaryll Jackson II "Taj" (August 4, 1973), Taryll Adren Jackson (August 8, 1975), Tito Joseph Jackson "TJ" (July 16, 1978). Collectively known as the group 3T. They recorded two albums: Brotherhood (1995) and Identity (2004). The first album included the hit Anything and Why (duet with uncle Michael Jackson).
Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 (as a member of the Jackson 5).
His ex-wife DeeDee was murdered in 1994.
He was the last Jackson to release a solo album ("I Gotta Play", in 2003.)

His father, Joe Jackson, is of African and distant Native American Ancestry. His grandfather, Israel Nero Jackson, was the son of Jack July Jackson (1803-1908), an indigenous Choctaw of the Plantation of Gale.
Like the filmmaker S. Torriano Berry, he was probably named after the character 'Toriano' played by Jack Palance in the motion picture Arrowhead (1953). The film was released just two months before he was born.
