Trivia:

By a strange twist of fate two of Hyde's film co-stars committed murder-suicide in real life. Gig Young (who appeared in They Shoot Horses, Don't They? (1969)) shot his wife Kim Schmidt and then himself on October 19, 1978. Albert Salmi (who appeared in Superstition (1982)) shot his wife, Roberta Pollock, and then himself on April 22, 1990.
