Kim Hopkins
Kim Hopkins is the daughter of comedian George Hopkins and is now following in her fathers footsteps as a comedian herself, as she promised in an interview with the New York Times at the age of 3.

Kim started modeling and acting at the age of 2 1/2 in New York working with the Marge McDermott Agency and photographer Bert Stern, she was on the cover of Mc Calls magazine at the age of 3 and an Ivory baby in the Ivory soap commercials. Kim was the top child model in New York until she moved to Los Angeles at the age of 12.

Kim continued modeling all over the world, 6 months in Tokyo, Japan, 2 1/2 years in Mexico and one year in Europe doing commercials, magazine covers and fashion as well as billboards, posters and album covers and even runway.

Back in the United States Kim continued modeling doing Oil of Olay ads, magazine covers, editorial fashion, more posters and over three hundred commercials to date.

Kim's flair for sexy comedy landed her roles in the cult classics "Cheech & Chong's Next Movie" and "The Hollywood Knights", as well as recurring comedic sketches on The Tonight Show.

Then Kim had her son, Zack Hopkins, who went on to follow in her footsteps and do 10 national commercials his first year in the business and followed that up with a series regular role on the WB show Movie Stars. Kim took a few years off to raise Zack and coach him while he was working on Movie Stars. Now Kim is back to work, has done a few films, a few commercials and now you should keep your eye out for her on television and the big screen!

  • Quotes
[on why she quit acting] I was a talented actor and I took it very seriously, and it bothered me a great deal that every time I went to a set or an audition, it was "Take off your top" or "We want to see you naked". Yes, I had a gorgeous body when I was younger, but that wasn't what I was selling. I was selling my talent.
