- Collen Hewett was one of the most successful and popular female artist of the 1970s in Australia. Born in Bendigo, Victoria in 1950 she has released 7 albums and over 15 singles including the #1 hit single 'Day by Day'. Almost a decade later she had another #1 hit with 'Dreaming My Dreams With You'.
