Susan Hanfield is a classically trained actor and award-winning audiobook narrator with hundreds of titles to her credit. Susan comes from a strong theatre background, and is an AudioFile Earphones Award Winner, a Multi-Audie Award Finalist, and a Voice Arts Awards Nominee. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Susan has dual citizenship (American / Canadian) and is based in Los Angeles, California. In film, Susan is known for her portrayal of "Magdalene" in the award-winning 1930s period drama Magdalene, directed by Rebecca Cremona, as "The Voice" in N.I. (Neo Intelligence) written and directed by VFX Emmy nominated & award winning director, Sallyanne Massimini, and the "Judge" in David Massey's Island Song, starring Richard Gant. Susan's extensive stage credits include "Electra" in Tony Tanner's The Aftermath (LA Times Critics Choice), "Cleopatra" in Shakespeare's Antony and Cleopatra (Lounge Theatre, LA) and as "Phèdre" in Racine's Phèdre (UCLA). Susan can also be seen in national and regional network commercial spots, as well as in print.
