Václav Havel was born on 5 October 1936 in Prague, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He was a writer and actor, known for Odcházení (2011), Zebrácká opera (1991) and Heart Beat 3D (2010). He was previously married to Dagmar Havlová and Olga Splíchalová. He died on 18 December 2011 in Hrádecek, Czech Republic.
