Born in Sacramento, California. Martin Hall attended U. C. Davis and
Loyola Marymount University.
Live-action film credits include lighting the model miniatures for Deep Rising (1998) for Dream Quest Images, Con Air (1997), Flubber (1997), _Armageddon (1998)_, My Favorite Martian (1999), Bicentennial Man (1999) and Mission to Mars (2000). Photographed large-format plates for _The X Files (1993)_ and _The Practice (1997)_. Digital compositing and 3D work at Pacific Title include the following credits: _The Replacements (2000)_, _MonkeyBone (2001)_, Driven (2001), _Dungeons and Dragons (2001)_, _Joyride (2001)_, -Black Knight (2001), _The Last Castle (2001)_, -_Freddie Got Fingered (2001)_, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back (2001), Rollerball (2002), _The Bourne Identity (2002)_, _Tuxedo (2002)_, _K19: The Widowmaker (2002)_ , Men in Black II (2002), Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed (2004), and Catwoman (2004). Currently, Martin is gearing up to join the Microsoft Surface Design team as the Senior Art Director. The goal for this project is to bring a more cinematic experience to the gestural interface.
