Jeff Dylan Graham was born in Landstuhl,Germany, and was raised in the United States. He is an actor, writer, and film producer, and began acting and singing at age five. He has studied under theatre director Vivienne Elborne, and film/television star Dee Wallace, and was involved in many theatrical productions in New York City and San Antonio, Texas. He has appeared in over 60 films, beginning with a featured role in Selena (1997). In 2010, Graham was awarded "Best Performance" at the Bloodbath Film Festival in Dallas for his role in the acclaimed psychodrama Fell (2010), and recently has appeared in Baby Jane? (2010), Pop Skull (2007), Home Sick (2007), The Theatre Bizarre (2011), and Moderngrumble (2012).

First started acting at age 5, he has been working ever since. The actor has appeared in numerous cult and genre films.
He has lived all over the United States, including: Iowa, Oregon, Connecticut, Texas, Ohio, California, as well as Europe.
When living in Texas, he was cast in a small featured role in the film The Faculty (1998). However, his scene did not make the final cut.
Auditioned for the role of "James Rhodes" in Children of the Corn IV: The Gathering (1996).
Auditioned for the role of "Ed" in Nightmare Man (2006)
A distant relative of actor Charles Boyer.
