Cody serves as founder and acting principal of Little Giant Productions. An alumnus of Oxford University, his screenplay 'American Patriot' was featured by The Black List in 2018. In the same year he was recognized by the Academy as a Nicholl's Competition semi-finalist.

As a television executive Cody oversaw the acquisition and subsequent adaptation of his father's memoir, 'The Glory Game: How the 1958 NFL Championship Changed Football Forever' for HBO Films. Since founding Little Giant he has sold, developed and executive produced content for Warner Bros. Television and the Hallmark Channel. He began his career as a script reader at Ridley Scott's Scott Free Productions before transitioning to the Fox Writers Studio at Twentieth Century Fox as a writer's assistant.

The son of television icons Frank and Kathie Lee Gifford, Cody is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Southern California and a proud alumnus of the USC Trojans football team.
