Tim Gibbons is an award-winning television producer, showrunner, director and writer, best known as Executive Producer of HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" (HBO), Kevin Hart's "Real Husbands of Hollywood" (BET), and "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" (NBC), among many others. ---- During his career, he's won a Golden Globe (plus an additional nomination), been nominated for six prime-time Emmys, won two PGA Danny Thomas Producer of the Year Awards (plus five other nominations), an NAACP Image Award (plus another nomination), two DGA awards (plus five other nominations), and the Monte-Carlo Television Festival Outstanding Producer of the Year Award (plus another nomination); and others. In 2009 he received the PGA's most prestigious award, the Charles B. FitzSimons Award, bestowing honorary lifetime membership in the guild. ---- Gibbons has a long track record of service to the Producers Guild of America (PGA), having formerly served as President (with Kathleen Kennedy), Vice President of TV, and 15 additional years on its National Board of Directors. Prior to this, he's was Chair of the American Association of Producers. For the Television Academy (Emmys), Gibbons was recently the Second Vice Chair, plus he was Governor (Producers) for nine years before that.
