  • Appeared in hundreds of radio episodes beginning in 1935. Her first important roles were on 1930s soap operas including "Arnold Grimm's Daughter" (playing Dorothy, the titular character) and "Road of Life" playing Nurse Helen Gowan. In the mid-1940s she played Charlotte Wilson on "The Guiding Light". She frequently played ingénue and romantic leads on "The First Nighter" and "Grand Hotel" anthology series. In the late 1940s, she moved to Los Angeles and was soon appearing regularly as the President's Secretary on "Mr. President". She frequently guest starred on series such as You Were There, Tales of the Texas Rangers, The Whistler, Lux Radio Theater, Crime Classics, Escape, and Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar.
