Fuji Yahiro (1904–1986)

Debuted in the film industry in 1927, as original author and screenplay writer for the Makino Film Company. After five films, he left the studio the next year to work in smaller film studios Kawai (1928-31), Shinko Cinema (1931-34) and Shin Kyoto (1935-42).
