His debut feature as writer/director, A Perfect Son (2000) starring Colm Feore and David Cubitt was nominated for 2 Best Actor Canadian Screen Awards. His other features as director include I'm Yours (2011) starring Karine Vanasse and Rossif Sutherland and All Hat (2007)_ starring Keith Carradine and 'Rachel Leigh Cook'.
