- Born in Russia, Svetlana Efremova is trained by two of the most world-renowned theatre schools: the Yale School of Drama, where she earned an MFA degree in Acting and the St. Petersburg Academy of Theatre, where she received her BFA in Acting. Her Theatre credits range from Broadway to some of the finest regional companies in the US such as Yale Repertory Theatre, South Coast Repertory Theatre. Her creative accomplishments as an actress were over 48 feature films with major Hollywood studios, television appearances and theatrical productions. Her performance was reviewed in several regional newspapers and national theatrical trade publications, including the LA Times, OC Register, The Hollywood Reporter, Variety, Back Stage, New York Times, the premiere stage periodical "American Theatre".
