Producer Kestutis Drazdauskas is the Founder of Artbox, a leading film and TV production company in the Baltic region. Kestutis has produced and co-produced more than 40 feature films and TV series in collaboration with a number of countries around the globe. Outside of the company, Kestutis Drazdauskas chairs the Board of Baltic Film and Creative Tech Cluster and the Supervisory Board of Vilnius Film Office. He is a Board Member of the Independent Producers Association of Lithuania and the Film Policy Council. Kestutis is also a member of the European Producers Club.
Kestutis was one of the founders of Vilnius Film Cluster (now Baltic Film and Creative Tech Cluster), an organization which brings together more than 30 companies across the Lithuanian audio-visual industry. VFC successfully lobbied for the establishment of tax incentives for film production in Lithuania, which have been in effect since 1 January 2014.
Kestutis Drazdauskas was born in Vilnius in 1970. In 1994 he graduated from Vilnius University with Master of Arts in English language and literature. In 1995 he started working in film industry as an Assistant Director. In 1998 he started producing and since then he is one of the most active producers in Lithuania. Since 2003 he runs his own company Artbox which produced many fiction and documentary films.
