Salvador de Madariaga was born on 23 July 1886 in A Coruña, Galicia, Spain. He was a writer, known for Es lebe der Tod (1969), Viewpoint (1959) and España estuvo allí... (1981). He was previously married to Emilia Székely-Rauman and Constance Archibald. He died on 14 December 1978 in Muralto, Ticino, Switzerland.
