Just as Crye makes a cameo appearance in Christopher Nolan's "The Prestige," Nolan makes a cameo in "Get it On," a short film starring Crye which played at the 1998 Cannes Film Festival. Director Nolan, two years before his hit "Memento" (2000), can be seen seated at a table behind Crye, chatting with screenwriter Brian Carr.
