  • 2005 - Broadway - Plays Pirelli (and accordion, flute and piano) in the Broadway revival of the Stephen Sondheim musical "Sweeney Todd", The Demon Barber of Fleet Street at the Eugene O'Neil Theatre, New York, New York. Directed by Tony winning director, John Doyle.
  • 2002-2003 - Broadway - Plays Older Helen in the Carrie Hamilton/ Carol Burnett play "Hollywood Arms" at the Cort Theatre, Broadway, New York, New York. Directed by Tony winning director, Harold Prince.
  • 2000 - Broadway - Plays Mary in "James Joyce's The Dead", written and directed by Tony winner Richard Nelson. This production marks Champlin's Broadway Debut.
  • 2007 - Regional/Pre-Broadway - Plays Irene Kerrigan in the Pre-Broadway Concert of 'The Molly Maguires" at the F.M. Kirby Center.
  • 2007 - Regional - Plays Georgie Bukatinsky in "The Full Monty" at the Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera.
  • 2007 - Regional - Plays The Mother in "The Mysteries Of Harris Burdick" at the Barrington Stage Company.
  • 1999 - Off-Broadway - Plays Leigh Hunt-Smith in "Stars In Your Eyes" at the Cherry Lane Theatre.
  • 1995 - Off-Broadway - Plays May in "Very Warm For May' at Carnegie Hall. Conducted by John McGlinn, this marks Champlin's NYC debut.
  • 1997-1998 National Tour - Plays Ruby Keeler in "Jolson" (AEA Union Troika production).
  • 1998 - Off-Broadway - Plays Cordelia in "Reunion" at the 42nd Street Theatre in Theatre Row, an AMAS production.
  • 2004 - Off-Broadway - Plays Penny in "The Audience" with the Transport Group at the Connelly Theatre. This production won the Drama Desk for Best Musical.
  • 2003 - Off-Broadway - Plays Mary Gallagher in "First Lady Suite" with the Transport Group at the Connelly Theatre. This production is nominated for a Drama Desk Award.
  • 2007 - Off-Broadway - Plays Cora Flood in the William Inge play "The Dark At The Top Of The Stairs" with the Transport Group at the Connelly Theatre. Wins prestigious OBIE award for her performance.
  • 2006 - Off-Broadway - Plays Gracie in "Flight of the Lawnchair Man" at 37 ARTS. Wins "Outstanding Actress" award from NYMF.
  • 2004 - Event - Plays Sophie in "Master Class" for the MET at The Broadhurst Theatre, directed by Leonard Folgia and starring respectively Kathy Bates, Leslie Uggams, Edie Falco, Jessica Lange, Maria Tucci and Dixie Carter as Maria Callas.
  • 2002 - Off Broadway - Plays Grandmother/Francoise in "My Life With Albertine" at Playwrights Horizons.
  • 2000 - Off Broadway - Plays Daisy in the City Center Encores!' "Bloomer Girl".
  • 2001 - Broadway - Plays Honoria Glossop in "By Jeeves", a musical written and directed by Sir Alan Ayckbourn and score by Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber at The Helen Hayes Theatre.
  • (March 2009) : Played in "Working" musical by Stephen Schwartz, Nina Faso and Studs Terkel (Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage, San Diego, California, USA).
  • (March 18 to April 11, 2010) She played Jessie Cherry in Dan O'Brien's play, "The Cherry Sisters Revisited," in a Humana Festival production at the Actors Theatre of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky with Renata Friedman (Effie Cherry); Katie Kreisler (Addie Cherry); Kate Gersten (Lizzie Cherry); Cassie Beck (Ella Cherry) and John Hickok (Pops) in the cast. Andrew Leynse was director. Michael Friedman was composer.
