George Canseco was born on April 23, 1934 in Naic, Cavite, Philippines as George Masangkay Canseco. He was a composer, known for Hihintayin kita sa langit (1991), Dapat ka bang mahalin? (1984) and Sinasamba kita (1982). He died on November 19, 2004 in Manila, Philippines.

Trivia (1)

Was was commissioned by former Philippines first lady, Imelda Marcos, to compose the national tribute hymn, "I Am a Filipino."
