Herman Bouber was born on September 24, 1885 in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands as Hermanus Blom. He was a writer and actor, known for Oranje Hein (1936), Bleeke Bet (1934) and Waar een Wil Is, Is een Weg! (1931). He was married to Hoope, Aaf ten and Aaf Bouber.
