Hedwig Bleibtreu was born on December 23, 1868 in Linz, Upper Austria, Austria-Hungary. She was an actress, known for The Third Man (1949), Pygmalion (1935) and Der Spieler (1938). She was married to Peter Petersen and Alexander Roempler. She died on January 24, 1958 in Vienna, Austria.
