Melique Berger is a Hollywood voiceover icon and is a Black, Jewish, and Queer woman with over three decades in the voiceover game. She is well-known for her notorious one-liner, "You don't know me!" from the Emmy Award-winning show, "Rick and Morty," as the character Mrs. Pancakes. Her tenacity and passion for the voiceover industry have placed her in roles in hit shows and movies ranging from animation to ADR and Looping. In 2024, Melique took on the role of the demi-goddess Viozalia in Nickelodeon's "Fairly OddParents: A New Wish." "Fairly OddParents: A New Wish" was nominated for Outstanding Show Open for The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) 3rd Annual Children's & Family Emmy® Awards.
Melique is a four-time nominee of the One Voice Awards, earning a nomination for Best Actor, and winner of Best Animation Actor. She was also nominated for Outstanding Body of Work, Best Voice Actor by the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS).
She has voiced video games such as "Heroes of Might and Magic IV: Winds of War," "Resident Evil 5," "Aliens: Fireteam Elite," and "The Signifier." She played Coffee in "Cowboy Bebop," the Great Fairy Kaysa in the video game "Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity." Melique has voiced roles for television series like "The Boondocks" (as Vanessa), "OK K.O! Let's Be Heroes" (as Theodosia and Wilhamina), "The Cuphead Show!" (as Chief Bea, Belinda, and Bonnie), and "Spidey and His Amazing Friends." She also voiced Fish in "Dr. Dolittle 2" and Nurse in the TV Mini-Series "Cyberpunk: Edgerunners", and Queen Skarlet for Disney's "Droners Season 2".
Her other works include voicing roles in "Justice League: Throne of Atlantis," "Justice League: War," "Scooby-Doo! Abracadabra-Doo," "Close to Home: Murder in the Coalfield," and "The Life & Times of Tim." Melique narrated Investigation Discovery's "Chaos in Court."
Melique stars in and directed Rain Pryor's "Fried Chicken & Latkes," a multi-nominated and award-winning adult-themed animated short. "Fried Chicken & Latkes" won the Bronze Award for Best Animation Short and Melique was awarded the Bronze Award for Best Female First Time Director at the 2024 Independent Shorts Awards. It was a film festival selection at the AfroComicCon International Film Festival 2024, an official selection at Night of Comedy Shorts (4th Period Awards: March - June 2024) for Best Animated Comedy and the CineOdyssey Animation Festival, and a selection at Venice Shorts Los Angeles. The short won Best Ensemble - Short at the Columbia Maryland Film Festival.

Melique founded Berger's Reels LA: A Company of Voice Over Actors in 2010. Bergers Reels LA is a conservatory for aspiring and working voiceover actors that helps them stay fluent in the craft. She is the creator of the singular acting technique, "Art of the Pivot©," that helps voice actors explore character development.
Melique is a member of SAG-AFTRA®, ASIFA (an International Animated Film Society), and the National Association of Voice Actors (NAVA). In addition, she is a sitting board member for SOVAS.
