Rodney Bennett was born on March 24, 1935. He was a director, known for The Legend of King Arthur (1979), The House of Eliott (1991) and Great Performances (1971). He died on January 3, 2017.

Trivia (2)

Began his career as a producer for radio before moving to television when BBC2 started.
It was Rodney Bennett who gave Catherine Zeta Jones her big break on The Darling Buds of May.
