Ludvík Askenazy was born on 24 February 1921 in Ceský Tesín, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He was a writer and actor, known for Nocni host (1961), Tam na konecne (1957) and Krik (1964). He was married to Leonie Mann. He died on 18 March 1986 in Bolzano, Italy.
