Helena Anýzová was born on 21 August 1936 in Plzen, Czechoslovakia. She was an actress and costume designer, known for Valerie and Her Week of Wonders (1970), The Cremator (1969) and Mucedníci lásky (1967). She died on 23 August 2015 in Praha, Czech Republic.
