  • (1940s) Appeared as a regular panelist on the radio program, "Stop Me if You've Heard This One" during the late 1940s. Contestants won cash prizes if one of the panelists (Amsterdam, Cal Tinney, Lew Lehr, George Givot or, later in the run, Benny Rubin, couldn't finish a joke that the master of ceremonies started.
  • (7/48-2/49) Radio: Hosted "The Morey Amsterdam Show" on CBS. Amsterdam served as the master of ceremonies and lead comedian for the variety show that featured Art Carney and Jacqueline Susann as regulars. For three months, the program appeared on both radio and the CBS television network using the same premise and cast, but different scripts.

  • Single: "I'm Sick And Tired Of You Little Darling" / "Never Underestimate The Power Of A Woman" (Apollo Records)
  • Radio: Had his own show, "Cavalcade of Stars", out of New York City.
