Vida Guerra stars as Tracy Stallworth, who in the heat of teenage rebellion, runs away from home and is van snatched from a dangerous L.A. neighborhood by a prostitution ring. In desperation, Tracy's police mom, Kim (Nicola Bertram) and her detective partner, Joe (Robert Sanchez) go undercover on skid row in search for Tracy. While combing the Los Angeles streets, a tip leads the two detectives to an estate owned by politician and billionaire, Dale Harrison. Sex, money, and drugs are the backdrop of this edge-of-your-seat suspense drama that takes you into the dangerous world of human trafficking.
