    Italian cinematographer, who began his career as assistant cameraman at Cinecittà studios in 1938. He did his best work as Cinematographer for such directors as Pier Paolo Pasolini, Sergio Leone and Federico Fellini. He shot Totò a colori (1952) (Toto' a Colori), the first Italian movie in color. Delli Colli is most fondly remembered for his sweeping, panoramic landscapes and detailed close-ups of actors' faces in the seminal spaghetti western The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966).
