Ryan Reynolds Actually Played Two Characters In Deadpool 2

There’d been rumours that Juggernaut was going to make his long-awaited return to the X-Men franchise in Deadpool 2 for a while and sure enough, the big guy appears in the form of an enormous CGI creation that’s much closer to the comics character than Vinnie Jones’ interpretation from X-Men: The Last Stand.

It turns out Deadpool’s a massive fan of Cain Marko, too, as he refers to him as his “favourite Marvel character” at one stage. He also lists off numerous X-Men comic issues when encountering him for the first time. When about to face him again later on in the film, Wade even comments that “nothing can stop the Juggernaut,” referencing the title of an iconic two-part comic story which saw Spider-Man battle the X-Men villain (see The Amazing Spider-Man #229-230).

Overall, it was great seeing the beloved character back on the big screen, but

Juggernaut Spotted in Hard-Hitting New Deadpool 2 TV Spot?

Juggernaut Spotted in Hard-Hitting New Deadpool 2 TV Spot?
About a year ago, the classic X-Men villain Juggernaut was rumored to appear as a villain in Deadpool 2. Since then, an appearance from the Juggernaut has become less and less likely, but that all changed when the latest TV Spot seemingly revealed the villain to be in the movie after all.

Rumors about Juggernaut's role in Deadpool 2 first surfaced when actor Jack Kesy, who was confirmed to be playing an unrevealed villain, was spotted on set supposedly wearing a costume similar to that of Juggernaut in the comics. However, recent reports based on the movie's test screenings claimed that a popular villain from the comics was being cut from the movie. Most people assumed that this cut villain was Juggernaut, leading fans to lose all hope that the villain would appear in the final cut of the movie.

All of these rumors and speculations changed, though, upon the

More Evidence That Juggernaut Will Appear In Deadpool 2

In contrast to its pretty much universally-beloved predecessor, rumour has it that Deadpool 2 has received a surprisingly negative reception from test audiences. Apparently, these early reactions have got Fox very worried, and could be a major reason for the reshoots that have been going on for the past few weeks.

As we reported earlier, former IGN editor Jeremy Conrad has now added to the speculation by outlining some of the offenses that Deadpool 2 commits which have caused the alleged backlash. While you can read about that in our previous article, one scene that Conrad detailed suggests that a familiar X-Men villain will make an appearance in the upcoming sequel.

Warning: we could be getting into some major plot spoilers here, so proceed with caution…

ABC's Deception Premiere: Grade It!

Cameron spends a year trotting the globe in search

TV Review: ‘Deception’ on ABC

Depending on one’s political persuasion, 2018 either definitively is, or is not, a year in which there’s diversion to be mined from a narcissistic showman who can’t stop talking about how great he is on TV while making the FBI look outrageously dumb. Such is the conceit of the midseason replacement “Deception,” which is about a magician (played by Jack Cutmore-Scott) who helps the FBI solve crimes. Never rising above its hokey premise, the procedural is further sunk by transparent mysteries, hollow supporting characters, and a fatal lack of surprises. Ironically, it feels like the exact opposite of

Luke Goss interview: Your Move, directing, Guillermo del Toro

Matt Edwards Feb 20, 2018

We chat to Luke Goss about his directorial debut, Your Move, along with his movie plans, and the influence of Guillermo del Toro...

I bet you’ve seen a Luke Goss film.

If you’re like me and you watch a lot of low budget indie action movies, you may have seen him in movies alongside the likes of Danny Trejo, Dolph Lundgren, Mickey Rouke, Vinnie Jones and Ving Rhames. And if you haven’t seen him in those, perhaps you’ve seen him in the sequels to Death Race. And those aren’t your bag, you must have seen him in Guillermo del Toro’s Blade II and Hellboy II: The Golden Army.

Goss’ latest film funds him stepping behind the camera to direct (and then back in front of it to also star!). His directorial debut is the slow burn, neo noir Your Move, which

A Kitty Pryde Spinoff Movie Is In The Works With Deadpool’s Tim Miller

Renown X-Men character Kitty Pryde (Aka Shadowcat) has been earmarked for her own spinoff at Fox.

Collider has the scoop, revealing that Tim Miller (Deadpool) is developing a potential solo movie for the all-powerful mutant. Exciting though that may be, the outlet goes on to stress that, due to the historic Disney-Fox merger, Miller’s project may never take that definitive step into production.

Couple this with the director’s stacked schedule (read: The Terminator and…Sonic the Hedgehog) and it’s important to keep our expectations in check at this early, early stage. A Kitty Pryde movie is in development, but if history has taught us anything, it’s that just because a project sparks into life at a major Hollywood studio – 20th Century Fox, in this instance – doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll see the light of day. And let’s face it; the impending Disney buyout will surely complicate matters further.

Deadly Pleasures: The Midnight Meat Train (2008)

  • DailyDead
[Originally appeared in the February 2015 issue of Deadly Magazine.] I had survived. There were hundreds more to come, but I had made it through that dreaded first one. Arriving home on a weekday afternoon after earning an “A” on my first college test, I was looking to celebrate. So what if I would have failed without the massive grading curve my professor threw out as a life preserver for the class? An “A” was an “A”, and with the rigid time structure of high school in the rearview mirror, I had the entire afternoon to celebrate my first higher education victory (if you could call it that). I knew exactly where to go for the proper party, a destination that didn’t even require getting off the couch: the “Free Movies” menu on Xfinity.

Recently, I had been steadily devouring episodes of Post Mortem with Mick Garris on Xfinity, but on that day I was looking to watch a horror film.
