Chicago P.D. actor Jason Beghe is calling it quits on his 17-year marriage to wife and actress Angie Janu. The 57-year-old star, who plays Hank Voight on the series, filed divorce papers on Thursday and seeks joint legal and physical custody of the pair's two sons, Bix, 14, and Bo, 11. Beghe's wife, whose full name is Angeline Dawn Beghe, has not commented. Beghe states in the filing, obtained by E! News, that he and his wife wed in February 2000 and separated more than a year ago, in May 2016. Ever since Sophia Bush confirmed her departure from Chicago Pd, there have been several questions about what caused her to give up on the show.

Bush shed some light in a new interview about her departure in an interview with Refinery29 about her decision. While the 35-year-old never gave the official reason for her departure, she noted the truth wouldn't come out "until I’m ready to do that."

She called her casting on Chicago Pd her "dream job" but by the end of the second season, “I knew by the end of the second season I couldn’t do that job anymore.”

'Chicago P.D.' Repeats Moving to Fox in National Syndication Deal

Chicago P.D. repeats are on the move.

The Dick Wolf procedural, which airs new episodes on NBC, is moving repeats from USA Network and Oxygen to Fox Television Stations in a national syndication deal. The drama starring Jason Beghe will begin airing on weekdays in September on local Fox owned-and-operated stations in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Houston, Phoenix, San Francisco, Minneapolis, Orlando and Charlotte, among other cities. The deal arrives after NBCUniversal-owned cablers USA Network and Oxygen first acquired off-network syndication rights.

On Wednesday’s fall finale, titled “Monster,” Officer Adam Ruzek (Patrick Flueger) is caught red-handed as the internal mole secretly leaking classified information to the enemy. With Voight (Jason Beghe) now aware of Ruzek’s betrayal, he summons the young cop to meet under the guise of being a criminal informant.

Unbeknownst to Ruzek, he walks into a trap -- meeting face to face with Voight -- in a moment that may change his life forever and leaves his ultimate fate unclear. Following the episode, Flueger spoke with Et to break down the tense final scene and what lies ahead for Ruzek now that his secret is out.
