Michael Jackson As James Bond? Muhammad Ali As Superman? Get The Details! (Exclusive)

There are lots of casting possibilities out there that didn't happen for one reason or another, but there are few more bizarre than these. Try and picture this: Michael Jackson as James Bond! Or how about Muhammad Ali as Superman? Maybe not as quite as bizarre, but certainly odd, was also the idea of Burt Reynolds donning the blue and red outfit of the Man of Steel. Each of them are actually much more than just rumors. The late Michael definitely saw himself as a sort of badass character, which you can see based on his music video for "Bad" and his adventures as Captain Eo. That short film of the same name, written by Star Wars creator George Lucas and directed by The Godfather's Francis Ford Coppola, was shown at Disney theme parks for a decade beginning in 1986. But this was nothing compared to the singer's ambition to be cast as James Bond,

Their band of traveling Irish sing their folk songs and drink their stout, enjoying the freedom they live to protect — the same freedom outsiders love to destroy by lobbing racist and classist bigotry onto them as though they were savages. Michael Joyce (Dara Devaney) puts Frances on his shoulders to give the ol’ Muhammad Ali one-two while declaring her the greatest ever when a local Sergeant (Aidan O’Hare) arrives to cause trouble. The dust settles to show Michael leaving in chains, his wife tragically dead.

Writer/director Carmel Winters then fast-forwards the aforementioned span of time to show Frances (Hazel Doupe) has only grown stronger

Liev Schreiber could still win his first Emmy despite ‘Ray Donovan’ snub

Liev Schreiber could still win his first Emmy despite ‘Ray Donovan’ snub
Liev Schreiber was something of a surprise nominee in 2015 when he landed a Best Drama Actor nomination for “Ray Donovan.” After three consecutive bids for his gritty Showtime series, pundits assumed he would easily return to the race this year. The TV academy shockingly snubbed the performer in this major category, but Schreiber still has a great chance to take home his first career Emmy Award. For the second year in row, Schreiber is nominated in the Best Narrator category. He contends for his work narrating the HBO boxing series “24/7,” for the episode “Canelo/Golovkin.” The installment helped trace the backgrounds of Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin ahead of their middleweight championship fight.

SEE2018 Emmy nominations: 50 most unforgivable snubs include ‘Outlander,’ ‘Will & Grace,’ ‘The Good Doctor

Last year Schreiber became the first person to claim two nominations in the narrator category. His two bids came from his voice-over work

‘Better Call Saul’ Writers: Walter White May Still Be Alive During Gene’s Omaha Cinnabon Scenes
Better Call Saul” star Bob Odenkirk and masterminds Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould just changed everything we thought we knew about Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman’s life in Omaha: It turns out the black-and-white sequences on “Saul” may take place when Walter White is still alive.

Wait, we hear you saying. What? We had the same reaction.
