Donald Trump Says Samantha Bee Has ‘No Talent,’ Wants Her Fired for Calling Ivanka a ‘Feckless C–t’

Donald Trump is advocating for TBS to fire “Full Frontal” host Samantha Bee after she called his daughter, Ivanka Trump, a “feckless c-nt” during the May 30 episode of her show. The President called Bee a “no talent” and also called out “Full Frontal” for having low ratings.

“Why aren’t they firing no talent Samantha Bee for the horrible language used on her low ratings show?” Trump tweeted. “A total double standard but that’s O.K., we are Winning, and will be doing so for a long time to come!”

Trump’s declaration for Bee to be fired comes on the heels of the White House also advocating for TBS to cancel “Full Frontal” following the host’s controversial remarks. Bee apologized for the comment in a statement in which she said her language was “inappropriate and inexcusable.”

“I would like to sincerely apologize to Ivanka Trump and to

Samantha Bee Laments Saying ‘One Bad Word,’ But Defends Trump Attack at Hollywood Awards
Accepting a Television Academy Honors award Thursday night, Samantha Bee acknowledged that she erred on Wednesday’s episode of her TBS show, “Full Frontal,” when she called Ivanka Trump a “feckless c–t.”

But Bee defended her criticism of Ivanka Trump and President Donald Trump, and the work by her “Full Frontal” staff, telling the Academy that they “will never stop shouting [about] the inhumanities of this world from the rooftops and striving to make it a better place. But in a comedy way.”

The speech came at the end of a bitter day for the comedian, whose comments about Ivanka Trump ignited a backlash, with calls for TBS to cancel “Full Frontal,” the departure of at least two sponsors and a contrite apology. There had been speculation that the TV Academy might rescind the award it planned to give her, but the organization said late in the afternoon the event would proceed as planned,

Bernie Sanders and Jordan Klepper Debate if Trump Is Worst or ‘Best of the Worst’ on ‘The Opposition’ (Video)
Former presidential candidate Bernie Sanders traded jabs with fake right-wing conspiracist Jordan Klepper on Thursday’s episode of “The Opposition,” and, shocking no one, Sanders said Donald Trump is the worst American president ever.

The barb came after Klepper noted that the Vermont senator has previously called the upcoming midterm election potentially “the most important election of our life.”

“You can’t just say something over and over again assuming that people are going to believe it. Witch hunt, witch hunt,” Klepper said, referencing Trump’s repeated claims about the Mueller investigation. “Why is this the most important midterm?”

“Because we have the worst president in the history of the United States,” Sanders responded.

“At least admit to him being the best of the worst,” Klepper countered.

The impressive production values, the star power, the no-wrong-notes VFX/CGI—well, all of that is in service to the deeply-felt themes in Terry Rossio's script. Indeed, Marissa Tomei and Minnie Driver show what veteran actors can deliver in the short form: an economy of character development, and...
