my recommended series to youby thefallingbird | created - 14 Oct 2014 | updated - 9 months ago | Public
high quality series imo, story-wise or concept-wise. some of which are visually astonishing, others are just here to make you think about the series' subject. I love me some great character building and unconventional storytelling. I hope you like this small selection of my favorite tv shows.

TV-14 | 44 min | Adventure, Drama, Fantasy
The survivors of a plane crash are forced to work together in order to survive on a seemingly deserted tropical island.
This will always be my number one tv show. The story and creation is beyond amazing imo. I have seen this already 3 times and I'm always going to rewatch this series after some time, as it is for me very captivating, contains so much symbolism, hidden secrets etc. It has mostly been a hit or miss for people, but I guess the people who didn't appreciate the show don't like mysteries or didn't capture the essence of the show, which has nothing to do with the description. If you have seen the show and you have some questions about it, do check out this blog, this might help (or maybe not): http://lostanswers.tumblr.com

16. Modern Family (2009– )
TV-PG | 22 min | Comedy, Romance
Three different but related families face trials and tribulations in their own uniquely comedic ways.
If you're rooking for a tv series that is easy to watch, relatable and funny this is a good one. The variety of characters in this show makes it easy to like and appreciate every one of them but mostly identify with at least some of them. The first few seasons are quite a good start to get into the show. But after a while it become somewhat lame or repetitive. Luckily at season 5 they try to change some elements in the story and it give this show a stronger dynamic. In my opinion, from S5E18 the jokes and story building are being taken to a whole other level, somewhat more creative with characters' development and they try to play more with suspense-building and story-editing. S6E16 is my favorite episode so far: amazingly done, visually entertaining and story wise so relatable. I'm glad this show makes improvement with ever new season instead of dragging it down, it pulls it up.
