Film based on the media coverage of the assassination and the speeches of Johnson. It reconstructs the assassination with both Kennedy and LBJ present, both before and after the event. Votes: 1,769 | Gross: $1.08M

This film it's clearly based/inspired on JFK's assassination although in a very fictionalized way. Most of the characters resemble members of the family and it's almost like it is Bobby Kennedy, the former attorney general who is on the process of uncovering the truth behind the killing of his brother. It's VERY imaginative and has many twists and turns but it's a good film that's even hard to follow at times.

You can't say this film doesn't try to approach the happenings of November 1963 in yet another perspective. Conspiracy film involving the Military.

I reflected on whether I should put this film on this list or not but oh well, I think that everyone who has seen this movie looks at its date kind of confused. How could they know such a similar event was just about to happen the following year? Is it possible that LHO has been brainwashed while he was in the Soviet Union?

Votes: 12,916

Conspiracy thriller that was, of course, influenced by what had happened almost eleven years before. Investigation on a senator's assassination not a president's one, though. Most people will say this was a product of Nixon's resignation/discontentment era which created a number of paranoia movies as a result but you can't deny the JFK element on this one.
