Olivia Newton-John, AO, OBE (born 26 September 1948) is a British-Australian singer, songwriter and actress. She is a four-time Grammy award winner who has amassed five number-one and ten other Top Ten Billboard Hot 100 singles,[1] and two number-one Billboard 200 solo albums. Eleven of her singles (including two platinum) and fourteen of her albums (including two platinum and four double platinum) have been certified gold by the RIAA. She has sold an estimated 100 million records worldwide, making her one of the world's best-selling artists of all time.[2] She starred in Grease, which featured one of the most successful soundtracks in Hollywood history.

In 1981, Collins was offered a role in the second season of the then-struggling new soap opera Dynasty (1981–89) playing Alexis Carrington, the beautiful and vengeful ex-wife of tycoon Blake Carrington (John Forsythe). Her performance is generally credited as one factor in the fledgling show's subsequent rise in the Nielsen ratings[11] to a hit rivaling Dallas.

In 1985, Dynasty was the number-one show in the United States, beating out Dallas, which ranked number two.[12] For her portrayal of Alexis, Collins was nominated six times for a Golden Globe Award (every year from 1982 to 1987), winning once in 1983,[13] the same year she was nominated for an Emmy as Best Actress in a Drama Series.[14] Upon accepting the award, Collins thanked Sophia Loren for turning down the part of Alexis.

Stephanie Beacham (born 28 February 1947) is an English television, radio, film and theatre actress. She is known for her television roles in the BBC drama Tenko (1981–82), the ITV drama Connie (1985), and for playing Sable Colby in the ABC soap operas The Colbys (1985–87) and Dynasty (1988–89). Her film appearances include Dracula A.D. 1972, (1972), Schizo (1976) and Troop Beverly Hills (1989).

Having received acclaim for stage performances in productions as diverse as Love's Labours Lost, Godspell and Joe Orton's Loot, he advanced to the ABC Talent Development Program, which led to Dynasty's producer Aaron Spelling personally casting the Canadian as Adam Carrington in the show. Thomson debuted in Dynasty in 1982 and remained with the series until its cancellation in 1989. During the 1985-86 season, Thomson also appeared in three episodes of the Dynasty spin-off, The Colbys.[2]

After Dynasty ended, Thomson returned to daytime soaps. In 1990, he joined the now defunct series Santa Barbara (as the third actor to portray the character Mason Capwell). However, his commitment to Santa Barbara left him unable to reprise his role as Adam Carrington in the TV mini-series Dynasty: The Reunion in 1991 (he was subsequently replaced by British actor Robin Sachs). Thomson had roles on The Young and the Restless, Passions, the now defunct Sunset Beach, and in 2009 he appeared on Days of Our Lives.[2]

Thomson has appeared in eight different series produced by Aaron Spelling; Dynasty, Fantasy Island, Finder of Lost Loves, Glitter, The Love Boat, The Colbys, Beverly Hills, 90210 and Sunset Beach. He guest-starred in a variety of other series such as Murder She Wrote, Spider-Man, The Nanny, and Silk Stalkings.[2]

Oxenberg made her acting debut in the 1982 made-for-television film The Royal Romance of Charles and Diana, in which she played Diana, Princess of Wales. In 1984, Oxenberg joined the hit ABC prime time soap opera Dynasty — then at its height of popularity[4] — in the role of Amanda Carrington, the second daughter of Blake Carrington (John Forsythe) and Alexis Colby (Joan Collins). Following a salary dispute after the end of her second season on the show, she was fired from Dynasty in 1986 and the role was recast with American actress Karen Cellini.[5]

Oxenberg was the guest host on the NBC late-night sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live on May 10, 1986 (making her the only descendant of a royal family to host the show). Oxenberg starred as Princess Elysa in the 1987 television film Roman Holiday. She also appeared in The Lair of the White Worm in 1988, and reprised the role of Diana, Princess of Wales in the TV film Charles and Diana: Unhappily Ever After in 1992. From 1993 to 1994, she starred in the short-lived series Acapulco H.E.A.T..

John MacDonald "Jack" Coleman (born February 21, 1958)[1] is an American actor and screenwriter, known for playing the role of Steven Carrington in the 1980s prime time soap opera Dynasty (1982–88),[2] and for portraying Noah Bennet in the science-fiction drama series Heroes (2006–10).

Corley is best known as the first actor to play Steven Carrington on the 1980s soap opera Dynasty. After that, Corley acted in fourteen movies, then produced five. Corley left Dynasty at the end of the second season in 1982[2][3] after complaining publicly in Interview that "Steven doesn't have any fun... He doesn't laugh; he has no humor,"[4] and also about Steven's "ever-shifting sexual preferences"[5] and wanting "to do other things".[3] The character was recast in 1983 with Jack Coleman; the change in appearance attributed to plastic surgery after an oil rig explosion.[2][3] Coleman remained on the show until 1988, but Corley returned to the role of Steven for the 1991 miniseries Dynasty: The Reunion when Coleman was unavailable due to scheduling conflicts.[5] Corley later appeared in the short-lived soap opera Bare Essence in 1983, playing Genie Francis' love interest, and co-starred opposite his former Dynasty co-star Pamela Sue Martin in the film Torchlight (1985).

His 1984 single "Square Rooms", from his debut album of the same name became a number one hit in France (in 1985), also reaching No. 6 in Switzerland, No. 12 in Italy (in 1985), No. 13 in Germany, No. 15 in Austria and No. 80 in the U.S. The same year, he released "Cold Dresses", which was also a big hit in France, reaching No. 5. His second album, Riot of Color was released in 1986, and a third album, Big Picture followed in 1988.

Pamela Sue Martin (born January 5, 1953) is an American actress best known for playing Nancy Drew on The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries TV series[1] and Fallon Carrington Colby on the ABC nighttime soap opera Dynasty.

Kathleen Beller (born February 19, 1956) is an American actress. She came to attention after being nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture Actress in a Supporting Role for her role in Promises in the Dark (1979) and became well known for her role as Kirby Anders on the primetime soap opera Dynasty which she played for two years. She also had a small role in The Godfather Part II and a featured role in The Betsy opposite Tommy Lee Jones and Laurence Olivier.

Norman Mark Reedus (born January 6, 1969) is an American actor and model,[1] best known for his role as Daryl Dixon on the AMC horror drama series The Walking Dead,[5] and as Murphy MacManus in The Boondock Saints.
