Abominable, mentally-damaging tortures

So you think you've seen some sick & twisted horror in your day? Think again. I'll list some seriously depraved stuff here and I strongly recommend against watching these films. Most of them are not art at all, just trash, but very disturbing trash. If you were disturbed/offended by films like I Spit On Your Grave or Pink Flamingos, please, walk away now. This is not your regular horror, these films cannot be unseen and some will stay with you forever. There is a reason why you've never even heard of most of these. So consider yourself warned.

ToD and this one (the entire compilation of each) are the ultimate horror because they show real, and only real footage of murders, suicides, executions, autopsies and what not. Seriously brain damaging stuff that will stay carved into your mind irreversibly. This is the best example of a shockumentary and mondo and showing these should be used only as a method of torture in prisons. They shouldn't have reached regular audience at all.

This film is a torture. It's an utter and complete garbage and I'm taking its "artistic" and "unique" approach into consideration by all means. I'm not saying this because I think Jörg Buttgereit is a horrible, untalented director who already proved how endlessly untalented he is with Nekromantik 2 years before this one, which I do think, but simply because this film really is an unspeakable garbage. Extremely low budget and amateur actors aren't necessarily a formula for a horrible film, but this time they were. This film, along with its wannabe remake "Suicide", which I refuse to even list here and give it the time of day, will stay in your head but they have absolutely no artistic or cinematographic value of any sort. I was offended by watching this and strongly recommend against watching it.

It's not on the list because it's disgusting but because it's probably the most haunting film you'll ever get to see. Unbelievably realistic footage with amateur actors who have never filmed anything before or after this and an old-fashioned, eerie music make this film unforgettable. Beautiful in an extremely creepy way.
