Women Cinematographers: Active in the past decadeby writingarises | created - 31 Mar 2014 | updated - 10 months ago | Public
I'm building this list to accompany my Women Directors list.... Please send me URLs of Women Cinematographers who have been active in the past decade. Let's build knowledge about the women who are working as DPs and encourage more women as they pursue their cinematography careers. We can support women cinematographers by watching their films and talking about their work. Hope this helps. Thanks to Cinema in Noir for reminding me I had this project in mind. I have not had much time to build this list... but value Women DPs greatly and will work on it as I have time.
Lots of my energy is going into #DirectedbyWomen. Please join us as we shift consciousness on the planet and raise awareness... while having fun.
Mark your calendar for September 2018. We'll be taking the entire month to celebrate women filmmakers... and their work..
